Handcrafted Spices, Honest Flavors

Handcrafted Spices, Honest Flavors

We started this kitchen at 68 Ryders Lane because we wanted local guests to experience authentic Indian tastes shaped by Hindu and Islamic traditions. Each morning, we hand-grind spices and choose fresh vegetables from nearby farms. We mix ginger, garlic, peppers, and tomatoes to create dishes like Butter Chicken and Mutter Paneer. Our cozy dining room invites guests to gather around wood tables, and our online orders arrive quickly, sharing simple comfort with every meal.
Every Dish a Regional Journey

Every Dish a Regional Journey

We opened our doors at 68 Ryders Lane to celebrate India’s many regions and traditions. We studied cooking methods from north to south, from rice fields to mountain valleys. Fresh produce arrives daily, and spices like cumin, coriander, and fenugreek shape every recipe. Guests can dine in our casual setting or order online for quick pickup. Community support means everything to us, and we hope each meal invites you to explore new flavors and feel welcome.
